Abstract: 【Object】 This paper aims to explore the effect of applying high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on the bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere of flue-cured tobacco and the output value of tobacco leaves.【Method】 Using the field experiments method, two treatments were set up, including high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer 0 kg·hm-2(CK) and 600 kg·hm-2(T), respectively.【Result】 The results showed that 90 days after tobacco transplanting, T treatment increased the content of soil organic matter, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, pH and water content by 23.59%, 17.41%, 1.07 unit and 24.17%, respectively; The soil sucrase activity, neutral phosphatase activity, urease activity and catalase activity by 97.65%, 363.64%, 356.60% and 19.02%, respectively. Meanwhile, T treatment significantly increased bacterial Chao index, Observed_OTUs and Shannon index, and reduced the Simpson index. Among them, the relative abundance of GAL15, Gemmatimonadetes and Nitrospirae decreased significantly; The relative abundance of Thaumarchaeota increased significantly. In addition, the economic characters of tobacco leaves were significantly improved, reflecting in the increasement of top-grade tobacco proportion and output value by 12.74% and 12.15%, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The application of high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer changed the soil bacterial community structure, increased soil nutrient content and enzyme activity, improved soil pH and the quality of tobacco leaves after curing.
