Abstract: In order to explore the differences of bryophyte diversity in forest communities with different intensity of anthropogenic disturbance, according to the different intensity of human disturbance, four 1 hm~2(100 m×100 m) forest dynamic monitoring sample plots were set up in Baiyun Mountain National Forest Park in Henan Province. And all bryophytes in the sample plot were collected and identified. The bryophytes diversity and floristic composition of bryophytes were analyzed, and the diversity of bryophytes was sequenced by principal component analysis. A total of 71 bryophytes were counted in this survey, including 5 species of liverworts in 4 families, 4 genera, and 66 species of mosses in 21 families, 41 genera. The results showed that the bryophyte flora in the north temperate zone and east Asian zone were the main components in the sample plots, which accounted for more than 60% in all plots. The results of Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test showed that the bryophyte diversity in the plantation sample plot was the highest, while the bryophyte diversity in the all-felling sample plot was the lowest. The results of principal component analysis showed that there was a great similarity in the composition of moss community among the plantation sample plots, the selective cutting sample plots and the aged forest sample plots, and there was a great difference in the composition of moss community between the all-felling sample plots and the other sample plots.
