Abstract: In this study, the soil bacterial community structure and its relationship with the environment were analysed based on the 5 hm~2 forest dynamic monitoring sample plot in Baiyun Mountain in the warm temperate zone-north subtropical transition zone using Illumina, a high-thoughput sequencing technology. The results showed that when all 120 samples were considered, the number of relative bacterial groups included 51 phyla,173 classes,325 orders,482 families,707 genera and 12852 OTUs.The mean values of relative bacterial taxa in the 120 samples were 38.76 families,124.7 classes,223.02 orders,319.13 families,417.29 genera and 3549 OTUs.At the classification level of phylum, class and order, the dominant groups were Acidobacteria(28.82%) and Proteobacteria(24.37%),Spartobacteria(16.05%),and Chthoniobacterales(16.05%),respectively.Correlation analysis showed that soil pH,N,P,water content, slope and elevation had significant effects on bacterial community distribution. This study laid a foundation for the study on the maintenance mechanism of soil bacteria and woody plant community diversity in baiyunshan national forest park by investigating the community structure of soil bacteria and its correlation with environmental factors in this area.
