Abstract: Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, the quantitative scores of 15 suburban forest parks in Zhengzhou were obtained by quantifying six influencing factors, including construction scale, distance from water source, wind direction, distance from city, groundwater depth and traffic duration. The results showed that the overall score of 15 suburban forest parks in Zhengzhou showed a normal distribution, among which Xinmi provincial forest park had the highest comprehensive score and the most balanced distribution of the impact factors. Taking into account the safety, expansibility, convenience and other characteristics, it is an ideal epidemic prevention and disaster avoidance green space in Zhengzhou City, and can be used as the first choice for emergency medical facilities construction target site. The comprehensive scores of Zhengzhou Forest Park, Zhengzhou Yellow River Provincial Forest Park, Taohuayu Provincial Forest Park and Huanghe Daguan Provincial Forest Park are low. These four suburban forest parks are located in the northwest of the city, too close to the city, built across water sources, and are located in the windward area of the main wind frequency for a long time. The above factors are not conducive to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation. Therefore, it is not recommended to use these four suburban forest parks as the construction site of emergency medical facilities.
