Abstract: In order to study the effects of combinative application of organic and inorganic fertilizer on the quality and output value of flue-cured tobacco leaves,a field experiment was conducted to investigate the relationship among different proportions of organic and inorganic fertilizer and tobacco applicability, integrated soil fertility level. The results showed that different proportions of the chitin amino acid organic fertilizer, amino acid rapeseed cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer could improve the integrated fertility of planting tobacco soil, and five out of the seven treatments could improve the economical characters and integrated quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Compared with the control, substituting the inorganic fertilizer with 30% and 40% equal nitrogen chitin amino acid organic fertilizer, the integrated fertility of planting tobacco soil could with be raised by 22. 6% and 17. 0% respectively. But the integrated quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was optimal with 20% chitin amino acid organic fertilizer and 80% inorganic fertilizer, the integrated quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was improved by 10. 02% compared with the control, and the proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves, average price and the output value were improved by 8. 58%,9. 80% and 8. 23%,respectively. Integrated analysis implied that the effects of chitin amino acid organic fertilizer was better for IFI and quality of tobacco between two organic fertilizers. And the integrated quality and economical characters of Yunyan 105 tobacco variety could be obviously improved when the ratio of m( organic fertilizer) ∶ m( inorganic fertilizer) was 1∶ 4( P < 0. 05),and IFI of planting tobacco soil was the most optimal among all treatments in Xuanwei tobacco-growing areas when the ratio of m( organic fertilizer) ∶ m( inorganic fertilizer) was 3∶ 7.
